Massage Session Types

Relaxation Massage - A relaxation massage can be a fabulous way to unwind and de-stress. It can relieve areas of tension and bring about a sense of deep relaxation and make you feel whole and connected to yourself. This is typically a full body session.

Therapeutic Massage - A therapeutic massage is a more customized and focused type of massage to address your particular areas of concern, in addition to being relaxing. Depending on the time frame this may or may not be a full body session. Sometimes I will incorporate myofascial cupping. It helps to release the fascia and increase the supply of nutrient rich blood in the area, and improve lympahtic flow. It can also help to reduce scar tissue, and fascial adhesions.

Pre-Natal Massage - pregnancy can bring about extra aches and pains, as well as extra strain on the muscles and joints of moms-to-be. Prenatal massage helps ease tension to help with relaxation and pain relief and can help alleviate back pain, hip pain, swollen ankles, sore neck and shoulders and more.

Reflexology - a wonderful way to pamper your feet. If you love a foot massage then you will love reflexology. Reflexology can be a stand alone 45 minute session or it can be added to any customized massage.
